Cancellations
You can cancel your G8Keeper account at any time. We do not lock you into any contracts.
If you elect to cancel your subscription plan, your termination will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle and you will not be entitled to any refund or prorated amount.
Once your billing cycle ends, you will no longer be able to log in to www.g8Keeper.app and your account will be deleted from our servers within 30 days (in case you change your mind).
Refunds (if applicable)
You get 30 days free trial with the g8keeper account. If you want to continue your account post that you are billed according to your subscription plan.
In case you are eligible for refunds (due to some error in processing etc), we will notify you as soon as we have processed a refund for you. Please allow 3-7 working days for the refund amount to show up in your credit card account. After 7 working days, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your original payment method (credit card) again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
